Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers ending their trips at the designated Yulu Zones during the campaign period are eligible for the contest.
  2. This offer is applicable on both Yulu Move and Yulu Miracle rides.
  3. Contest applicable at locations where Yulu’s regular services are operational during the campaign period.
  4. Winners will be announced on Yulu’s official social media and notified via email.
  5. Winner will be announced by 15th September 2021
  6. The winners for “Lucky Draw” shall be selected by a random draw of lots, which will be conducted by the computer. There will be no human intervention in the same.
  7. Limited period offer and company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any time.
  8. The winners will have to provide valid ID proof, only upon verification will prizes be given away.
  9. The company shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

  11. The winners will be felicitated at the Yulu office and the date of felicitation would be communicated through email/ phone to all the winners.
  12. Gifts shall be handed over to the winner personally during the felicitation ceremony or dispatched directly to the winner’s address after the felicitation ceremony is over at the Yulu’s office.
  13. Campaign entrants must not be Yulu employee, officer or agent, or an employee, officer or agent of any person or organization involved in the running of the campaign, and you must not be a family relation of any such person
  14. No cash shall be paid in lieu of gifts and No request shall be entertained for the exchange of gifts of equivalent value.
  15. In the event free gifts are received in broken or damaged condition, the same shall be reported at the time of the receipt of the gift. No subsequent claims shall be entertained.
